my dogs favorites - they last forever, the only time one split was when I parked my 6500-lb truck on it. The dogs still play with it! But it's not in good shape anymore. The others (ones not parked on) last a very long time. Highly recommended.

I've been using an Orbee with my pup since she was about 4.5 months old. Medium size. Great toy! She loves playing with it, and will even choose playing with that ball over training with treats most of the time. However, since her mouth is/was small (she's 7 and a half months old today), she's only able to grip in the front of her mouth and pull/tug using only her front teeth. Does anyone know if this might have negative affects on her teeth alignment? Maybe I should wait til her mouth and head are done growing?

Orbees are my dogs' absolute favorite. If I have a few different types of toys out they always go for the orbee. They aren't big fans of the orbee bone though and the orbee kongs lasted about 2 minutes before they were bitten in half :( But the regular orbee balls last a very long time and every dog I've had seems to prefer them to anything else.

They are favorites here too - the only thing I had to watch with one of my more aggressive chewers (a puppy) was a tendency to pull off the little "continents": I didn't want him to swallow them, so I kept a closer eye than usual on what he was doing with them.........otherwise no problems, and they seem to last indefinitely.

We've had the same Orbee's for over 5 years. I have NEVER had one break except the one with the bungee (bungee broke over the years) but definately worth the $

My orbees tend to develop "cracks" from the hole in the center after a while - then the cracks keep spreading as the dogs chew on it till the ball is split down the middle, and the dogs rip them apart from that point on...so once I see more than about a 1" crack the balls are thrown away. Two of my dogs are the type who enjoy totally destroying their toys and Orbees still last longer than just about anything else. If you just use it as a training toy I'd think they would last indefinitely but I tend to let my dogs have them around the house to keep them busy!
