Does anyone here watch K9 cops on the Animal Planet channel? They show it on Wednesdays at 9:00p.m. central time. They have alot of shepards with there handlers apprehending criminals. They do show shepards taking a bite out of crime.

Yes I watch it and enjoy it very much. There has already been one post abou it a couple weeks back with mixed replies. Some people just wanted to complain about what the handlers did wrong or how fat a dog was, but I enjoy it. I don't get to go to see working dogs very much and enjoy seeing them, whether it's perfect or not. And besides the dogs are BEAUTIFUL!

There is one female K9 handler...Officer Rasmussen. She is great! And her dog (Chase) is beautiful! He is huge but she handles him great. Thats gonna be me one day!...and I cant wait!

Yes, I remember Chase. She takes him to swim in the river. I do the same with my dog. He loves to swim and retrieve his kong-on-a-rope:) Too cold for that now.

I watch it most every time it's on or record it on the DVR, love that show.

I watched it for the first time yesterday, and I loved it! The dogs are gorgeous, and it was great to see them out working and enjoying it. I think the best part is that they really emphasize how the dogs are trained and that they love the work. There was one long coat on last night that was carrying around the most beat-up bite pillow I have ever seen after a successful narcotics search.

Yep, I noticed they started the new episodes also. DVR is happy again. Gotta love those dark sables!!!
