So, what do I seal & paint the concrete floor with? Does the paint seal the concrete or does that have to be done separately?

Thanks in advance,

SS

There is a special pain that seals and paint a floor at the same time :) same stuff that are used in a garages. Go to any paint store they will point you out to a good stuff, unfortunately I don't have the name of the stuff that I used last time, but it worked well, make sure you buy comercial grade.

I'm hoping I can find a non-skid formula that's still non-pourous and easy to clean, I'm afraid to think what its going to cost for 1100 sq. feet.

It's not that expensive, and yeah it was non-skid, don't buy top brand there is one that is comercial and is substantialy cheaper, I will see if I can find it on line and give you a link.

This product sounds pretty good as well and it is cheaper, I just like the idea that the other one is ruber like.

Its definitely NOT done... more like half done. Husband quit on it for 9+ months, barely under cover. More fun drinking with his buddies... He has only just started back on it, under penalty of divorce, (more expensive by far) and Lord only knows how long till he quits again. I'd give it about a week. Hopefully it will be useable soon for this winter (water, power, etc.) so I can bring my dogs home. All but one are at Molly's are elsewhere right now, all kennels disassembled and stacked outside.very convenient to load in a truck and move if/when he quits again...

Thanks all. I passed on the info. He'll probably screw it up doing the wrong thing, (read: his way...) but its is worth mentioning what other people have done successfully.

X your fingers. ;-)
