Looking for K9 Articles - Page 1

I have been thanking about doing some research on K9 in law enforcement on the streets and in the jail/prisons.  I want to know how effective they are on the street and in the jails/prisons.  I tried to Google it but didn't come up with anything. 

Does anyone know of any research articles that could give me some directions?

Any direction would be helpful.

Also, I would like to get into contact with Local and Federal Police K-9 handlers, lead trainers and/or lead K-9 Unit officers from different parts of the U.S. and overseas.  I will be coming up with a more specific research topic and sending out information to be filled out in order to conduct this research. 

I just want to see what research is already available and also get some contacts around the world to be able to do a research article on our wonder breed and other K-9's that are involved in law enforcement work. 

My main goal in this research is proving how K-9's are a valuable asset to law enforcement agencies in combating crime.  I know we already know this but I want to show it in actual research.
