BRADY BEE

by BRADY BEE on 03 November 2008 - 15:11

Living in the UK, the US election result will not affect me directly, but probably indirectly, since the Uk and US are such "good friends".  I would love to know what other people in the Uk think of it all, going by what we see on TV and read in the papers. Here is my opinion, bearing in mind I am a shallow female lol

Obama--Young, enthusiastic, lively, full of energy and most of all --handsome

McCain--Old, stiff, stuffy, looks plastic, and ugly

So there we have it---If I could vote, it would be Obama for me!!!!! May the best man win!!!!!

Well, my goodness, if McCain was the right man it wouldn't matter how he LOOKS.  Same the other way.  They can't help how they look.  It's what's inside that counts.

I'd have voted for Hilary Clinton, she's smart and she's got the lovely Bill for a husband... I liked Bill, he had it all and then some!

However, present circumstances... I'd vote for Obama (Barak's a daft name) because the other guy's just too old and he has the nutty Palin woman hovering in the background.

Well Brady Lee you are more american than you know that is why people are voing for Obama because he has no experience, is a socialist, has very questionable associations and cant deliver a 16th of his promises..so welcome to the koolaide group you would  fit nicely over here...were records, ethics, character and best qualified dont count for much! Oh by the way handsome is not a label I would give either candiate but looks is hardly something for anyone to vote on if it was then cast it for Brad Pit and get your moneys worth.

Is BRAD PITT in the running? if so,i could be persuaded to change over. liz

Totally agree Missbeeb, i truly wish it was all over,we get it on the tv,then you come on here and there's a zillion threads all basically saying the same thing. What will be will be,they are all the same in the end!!!!!!  But OBAMA has the edge for me cause he's soooooooo sexy. liz
