I had seen some nice GSD's from there, mainly working lines.

It looks very well maintained. Only one thing missing..Name of people running it or breeding..What are you interested in this facility for...Boarding I assume.No mention of german shepherds to any extent. I ddn't read the whole site, scanned and might have missed name of owners or people in charge.
Money making business, obviously.
