How did this dog go VA with a untiled DAM? VA USA Woody vom Fiemereck

I am learning. I thought that both parents had to be titled.

What difference does it make what the parents are..The dog itself is being graded. No rules about what the parents are.  Muts get Schutzhund titles., but of course I wouldnt think a judge would give a mut from the pound a kk . That is why the dog is presented for a rating.    Many mixed breed dogs are in Schutzhund and attain all their titles..just no breed survey for breeding.

In order to be eligible for the VA rating, both dog's parents must be titled and breed surveyed. I believe the dam is titled, it's not just not listed on the database.

VA (conformation rating) can only be given to dogs whose parents are titled and breed surveyed. Suprising, that is about the only rule that is followed.

Gotcha  DeesWolf:   Conformation is a whole other part of the titling I know nothing about.

Im really confused now,,This is the pedigree on our database so why did you post she wasnt titled..I may be having "Flash backs from an airplane ride, but isnt this pedigree showing her with a V and a SchH 1 also.

I guess Im still learning also??

I just updated the title, show and koer info for her. 

Just because something isn't on a pedigree on this database, doesn't mean that it is all correct.
