1) Why do people say that we should not feed the bitch around 6 hours before covering her?

2) Why don't people allow the bitch to drink water after mating in the fear of that she will urinate, cervix is somewhere?

3) Can the semen leak out if the female sits?

Are there any other myths????

No food, I think you are thinking Artif. The vets do not want you to feed.

As for  water I have never heard that. As for the second part of your question "cervix is somewhere?" Did not under stand that one :)

and number three well, yes, If after you have sex and then sit up do you not leak? everything flows down it is the law of nature . LOL

Here's a cracker, told to me by a breeder of Yorkshire terriers, after mating hold the bitch by the hind legs,suspended in air mind, give her a good shoogle (shake for non Scottish),to make sure the sperm hits it's target. Needles to say, i pissed my knickers laughing!!!! liz
