You need to read labels a little better.I'm not pushing Maxximum as I use Flint River Ranch dog food.What I'm saying is two or three companies probably make the majority of all the dog foods.Check the Flint River web site,all natural.See my other post about Doane Pet Foods and see for yourself.Mars Candy Inc. makes a lot of dog foods.

Palmolive Colgate makes the rest of them..which is marketed under Purina..
Nestles is Purina ...
Mars is Royan Canin and Pedigree.

Mars Candy Inc also just aquired Doane Pet Foods in Tenn. which also makes Maxximum and Exceed and Royal Canin dog foods plus about two hunderd different brands worldwide.I believe Royal Canin was already under Mars name before the Doane purchase.
