Hey guys, one of the litters I'm highly considering is out of Mambo z Pohranicni Straze and Fatyma z Perštátského mlýna

Can anyone tell me about what he has produced as far as hips go. I tried a search on it, and did find a short thread on here in the past of one or two people who had bad hip problems on young puppies, but that is all I have found. I don't want to get a puppy from him if there is a big risk of hip problems early or even later on in life from this breeding. What do you guys think?

I am thinking of breeding to this dog. I called Han's from Alping Saftey german shepherds because he knows this dog and he told me that the statistics came out from the czech republic on this dog and this dog is producing awsome hips. I also have talked to the breeder and got the low down on this dog. The only thing I can say is his stud fee she told me is 2,500 and right now with what is going on in the world I do not know if I want to spend that much on stud fee. The dog does not live that far from me so that is a advantage so I am still waying it out.I see that video on his bite work and I can't go wrong. I think he is awsome!!

$2,500!!  That is CRAZY!  I can breed to World Champion dogs for 1/2 that price!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Eurosport has some nice studs as well as Mike Diehl if you like Czech stuff!

I've never until this even heard about any dog with a $2500 stud fee.  Hope his puppies are worth it!

$2,500..that is OUTRAGOUS!!  Powerhaus is right, Eurosport K9 has some very nice dogs. Mike Diehl is the handler and also the co-onwer of Erri, who is my females sire. He is a very nice dog and produces very nice pups...I can tell you that first hand. Taunya and Josef, from Eurosport, has some very nice dogs that are producing well and also doing very well in competition. I would contact either Eurosport or Mike Diehl and talk to them.

As far a Czech dogs go that looks like a nice breeding. I am partial to the Czech dogs myself. I have also heard that Mambo is proucing good hips. There is a full brother to him in Northern California that I am thinking of breeding my female to when she is titled.

I also agree $2500 is insane for a stud fee. The female isn't owned by Mambos owner, and the puppies will be $1,500.  I've seen a few videos of some of Mambos offspring doing protection work and liked what I had seen.   Thanks for the info about the hips you guys.

Well someone feels confident in his dog, it is always good to know that. I like seeing high stud fees it ensures that only serious breeders will be intrested. Any one has a video of that dog? What makes him so special?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oDOa8b8boh8      Theres one short video of Mambo.  I had another one, but I don't know where it is......it isn't on youtube........and if I can find one of one of the males he sired I'll post it. The son of Mambo I had found is  very intense in his protection work.
