anyone used DECTOMAX (injectable solution) for control parasites..??
after the skin scrapping test vet told me my gsd has sarcoptic mange.. he told me to use IVOMEC but it didn't help so much.. the itching was reduced 70% but still the black spots on her belly and under the shoulder appears since 7 weeks of treating.
please give me your advice.

Your vet should have prescribed and given at least 2 injections of Ivermection to treat the mange. It should be dosed carefully based on your dogs bodyweight. It takes a week or two to see real improvement, but more than one shot is usually needed. Good luck

vet told me give her every week 1 shot for 0.7cc due to her bodyweight
but i dont see improvment regading the black spots.. the vet also give me some shampoo and still no difference.
