The specific line is the Himmler Line. Supposedly, the line was generated by Hitler and that these are the last of these dogs and that they are not supposed to leave Germany. Also would like to know if there is such thing as a Level 7, Master Trainer. Says he has over 160 titles under his belt.

What are you asking? No reputable organization has a "master trainer" cert. Some people just use that title. If someone has titles from a reputable organization, then ask what that organization is and ask to see the proof.
As for the line you are talking about......crap. Sounds like someone trying to make a lot of money. Hitlers' dogs were not anything special in any case.
