Thank you people for the valuable informations & experiences....I have another question to make. Is it very common for a bitch with pyometra to urinate in unusual places or where inappropriate? Or this thing refer something else..I share the symptoms- (1) It started immediately after her heat (2) Urinates more frequently (3) Bloody Discharges & also  yellow (4) Straining to urinate, even when the bladder is empty (5) Licks her vagina (6) Increase of thirst (7) Urinates in unusual places.

Symptoms refers to Pyometra?...People I posted the message again beacause In my country we lacks good vets have one but he is in a holiday as soon as he comes I will spay the bitch with out a doubt, but I am too much worried what really it could be...As it started immediate after her heat thats why I am considering it as Pyometra...I can say her vagina hasn't swell that much..its even short in size comparing with the swelling of vagina during a normal heat cycle. I also can say pus is going out frequently.....Please help me I am too depressed with the matter....

Pus is going out the vagina?

Yes, they´re all symptoms of  Pyometra. When did she get estrus for the last time? If was about 2 months, run to a good vet as soon as possible.

Sounds like pyometra to me... don't wait for your Vet to return from holiday... find another... quickly!

Sorry, I didn´t see that symptoms started immediately after her heat. So, it could be another thing. Endometritis or an uterus infeccion, different from pyometra. Anyway, go to a good vet.

At the very least, this dog should be on a broad-spectrum antibiotic. As others here mention, find a good vet and do it now. If you continue to wait, it may be too late. This could be a uterine infection, but some of what you are writing also suggests a urinary tract infection. The dog sounds ill and allowing such infections to continue will hurt the long term health of this dog if not treated properly and immediately. What country are you in?

I would get her to the nearest vet as soon as possible ....like now!

hope she is OK please let us know the outcome

Is she on Enrofoxicin? (Baytril)? or something else?

What is her temperature? How is she acting other than what you stated? Happy? playful? bright eyes?

He has posted another post regarding this also.  I think it either sounds like a heat cycle....you know, doesn't your bitch squat and pee in 19 different places, there is some mucous discharge(could be mistaken for pus by a newbie), licks her vagina (maybe she is a super clean bitch and he does not see any blood?).......or I am also with Hodie, maybe it is a UTI.  Anyway, all his questions from this thread and the other don't make sense to me.  I also think he should get to the VET  ASAP!!!!!!

yeah Vickie and hodie I also thought UTI,

I don't know what he's talking about. Could be a mucous discharge and a heatcycle and / or  she's preggers. Much of this makes no sense.

She 2) urinates more frequently and 6) increase of thirst 7) urinates in unusual places. Could be a combo of she's drinking alot, needs to pee, isn't let out, pees in unusual places. Dog needs a vet.
