Does anyone use Innova large breed dog food?  What are your thoughts about it's quality.  I feed 2/3's kibble and 1/3 raw (hamburger in the morning & chicken at night).  I was recently told my 17 month old females coat would be pusher/thicker if I upgraded her food to Innova large breed from the Health Wise, which is made by Innova.

Basically this:

Innova seems to be a good food.

I personally would simply feed regular Innova and not "large breed".  There are some concerns over putting puppies on a large breed formula.

I always have, always will, raise my puppies on adult dog food from the time they are weaned.

Otherwise, there has been plenty of dicussion on the board about Innova----there are the links above.

On my way to do laundry.....

I would leave the dog on the Healthwise if its doing ok.On the Innova LB i had problems with the stool and also it has cottage cheese as well as barley which most dogs dont do good on.They are both quality foods.

By the way ,i think one of the last posters got mixed up with the Evo versus the food you are asking about which are 2 different foods.Yes the Evo is sky high on both calcium and phos. The other 2 are OK for large breeds.
