just thought i'd let people know that there is a book on ebay "the german shepherd dog in words and pictures" by v. stephanitz.. the price as of a few minutes ago was $62.00 (american). the auction expires on the 28th a little after 6 pm. i know that some would love to have this book, so i just thought i'd pass on the info.
for those with little kids (grandkids, etc). if you can find a copy of "the lost dog" by edwin way teale is a good german shepherd story. i'm a wuss, so i cried, but it has a happy ending. it's based on a real story. i wish i'd found it when my son was little.
