Yesterday we composed a long note here to Dirk Gabriel asking for him to help stop Melissa Kolbe and her vonAjaye Inc. using "creative" business practices which are causing such devastation to the breed and to peoples lives and finances the North American GSD world Did any one see it? Where has it gone? Does anyone know if Dirk Gabriel ever got the message. It was not hostile and an fact rather complimentary, but still it cannot be found here...

by Kruger on 16 December 2004 - 08:12

Wolfy, You intrique me, Wolf! This is second day in a row that you lifted this man's name as separate topic. And, despite well reasoned explanation why this aspect of Melissa's connivances has no place here. You joined Board on December 11, and your very first and lenghty contribution included slanderous insinuations againt Dirk! Your rants of 'which are causing such devastation ....', and 'It was not hostile ....', are lunatic in nature! The contrived suggestion of innocence ludicrous! What is your true motive? Where are you really coming from? Man! You are full of it! Go harass someone else!

Kruger You perhaps did not read the first line of another recent post of mine... which seems to have disappeared.... I bought a young Quartier Latin dog, bred by Dirk, under his kennel name, from these two people,Dirk Gabriel and Melissa Kolbe. They shipped me the wrong dog! Upon receipt, I insisted it was not be the right dog ie the dog in the picture used to advertise and sell it... and I was later proven right! When the pink papers finally arrived many months later, the dogs tattoo was that of a sibling to the dog I had purchased. I was not given any satisfaction in trying to get the dog I had purchased. Comment? You have not walked in any shoes but your own. There are many out there you should be very happy to NOT own. Or perhaps are you Melissa in disguise, using yet another alias.

Silbersee had posted Dirks phone number. I suggest you contact Chris (Silbersee) and ask for that phone number. Surely Dirk must speak English if he is dealing with US based Melissa. Take it up with him personally! Also, you might want to take a hint from the owner of this site. If they have deleted your post (which they did), they probably thought there was good reason for it.

Wolf if you would like to contact me directly, I am offering to mediate for you so that you can get this settled. I have never met Dirk and am impartial to this. But I do believe that what you are doing here is NOT the right way to handle this situation. If you have an issue with someone you need to address that someone, rather than a crowd. I have helped others on this board in the past. Feel free to take advantage of it.

Wolf, Your wrongful persistence in re-raising Mr Gabriel's name in this forum is remarkeable! As DH noted, it must have crossed your mind that perhaps there was good reason for removal of related topics. You state: From THESE TWO people and : THEY shipped Did you ever deal directly with Mr Gabriel direct, or only locally with Kolby? If you dealt with Mr Gabriel as well as Kolby - in accord with your 'these' and 'they' - surely you'd already have tried to straighten out this matter with him before now; seeing that beguiling Melissa has expediently removed herself to safer locales! And, you'd instead be regaling us with tales how HE wronged you? And DH or Silbersee wouldn't need to furnish you with his telephone number at all? By now it be well and truly imprinted on your mind? Your long and calculated posts certainly don't indicate someone lost in bemused bewilderment - which rather nullifies DH's kind offer to aid in sorting out the matter! Is it not true that you only dealt with Kolby locally, and that Mr Gabriel merely followed her self-serving directions and explanations? As matter of interest, was animal shipped directly to you, or did you collect it from her at some airport carpark or dark alley? In furtherance of your claims and insinuations, wouldn't such minor detail be preferred to vague generalities? Did Mr Gabriel ever indicate to you that Kolby was acting on his behalf as agent? Of course not! You're clutching at straws to rationalise your own lack of proper care in the transaction. Perhaps you could furnish some detail of animal in question, if only to verify your bona fide motivation here; or, perhaps, some evidence that you actually reside in US and not Germany. If this topic is removed, will you resurrect similar one in some blithe or sham ignorance of what went before? Yes, I too regularly exchange greeting cards with lovable Melissa!

Wolf and DH, I'd strongly suggest both of you scrutinise very carefully every paragraph in Wolf's lenghty December 13 opening post (Ajaye mess buried,is Bo?), and compare it with the one above and mentally with the one lost and used to open prior similar heading. The contradictions are only to glaringly apparent! In the earlier post, inter alia, speaks of SUPPOSED association. If Wolf went 'through the hoops' as he asserts, didn't he know a few days ago that there definitely was some connection then? Compare that to statement above how he allegedly obtained animal through Mt Gabriel's Kennel. What? Out of the blue, he now suddenly realises hey, guess what, there definitely IS a connection? Or, the similar rhetoric: 'God help us if they are connected and in leaque together'! He's supposed to have bought this animal all that time ago, and now needs to turn to his god in case there's some association here between the two parties? How feeble-minded are we meant to be, Wolf? And, later he states he learned over past several years from 'various sources' how skillful a sales person Kolbe was. Strange he didn't put all this good knowledge to work before he bought his animal! Not to mention: 'I too have lost a lot of money and time...' And, 'I too have been burned BIGTIME'! Are we still speaking of the wrong pup here, Wolf, or are there many more transactions you have yet to tell us about? How about giving everybody, including Mr Gabriel, a break, eh? The Crucible's witches could well take a few lessons from you, Wolf! And so it is throughout: both in tone and substance. You'd be silly to waste your time, DH, even if by some stretch of the imagination, he actually did contact you. There's nothing bona fide here. He's merely interested in stoking up baseless slander against a certain third party, and found the ideal arena to do it in!

Dirk is now an SV judge. You can reach him through their judges listings on the SV website. I have had many happy dealings with Dirk over the years. I can't imagine him doing bad business. Can't speak for the other person you have a problem with, but I'm betting if she is bad news he didn't know it at the time of their association, and would have cut all ties if he found out she was anything but straight up. By the way. I recieved  the papers for the pups I imported from/bred by  Dirk, on time, everything matched, no problems. One buyer already has his, the papers for the other pup, purchased and shipped from here last week, are on their way to the buyer via USPS Priority mail, return reciept requested. I don't like to tape original papers to crates at time of shipping. too much chance of getting lost. Too hard to replace.
