China is having a problem with the milk products that they have fed to their own population. Apparently, they have not understood the additive can and will make anyone who eats it  ill.  I would strongly suggest if your dog gets ill, take him off his feed  do not wait. Very sad that this happened, especially after al of the dogs that suffered that it went on to hurt the babies.

1doggie2,

I saw where the contamination was done on purpose to increase the number's (protein content) for the money.

Then there's all the other contamination problem's, now dangerous medicine is being produced in India (generic's)

Then consider the politic's and the greed on both side's of the world.

WHY ARE ANY OF US BUYING THEIR PRODUCT'S?

That include's shopping at Walmart !!

Puzzling to me.

Moon's.

I have trouble even buying car part's that aren't marked made in china.

At least when thing's said made in Japan, there was a standard of quality and some integrity to their product's, even if they were cheap ....LOL

It's alway's about money....  and we get crap !!

Let me relate this story to good breeder and bad breeders. Please see this from a breeders point to understand.

"Good breeders find it difficult to sell there good quality puppies because the price is generally higher, puppy mills sell a whole lot because of they are cheap"

This means

People wants something for the sake and good price regradless of quality, there is only a very few who go for the good things.

crazydog, I also think it is very hard to locate things only made here in the US, even stuff put toghter here have prducts that are included in the build are made elsewhere. Also with so many out of work and the economy the way it is, some my not have lot of choices as to what price they can pay. Also, My family pays for quality food, my moms dog was on Iv flids for kidney's in the last food scare!

Does the recall list contain any dry food?

If I remember correctly, only some semi-moist and can foods were affected.

Can't be sure though.
