Since the AWMA Nationals September 25, 26, 27 in Olympia WA is open to all breeds this year, I was wondering if anybody here is attending? Either competing or coming to watch.

I'll be there! It's the best breed championship in the country!

Seriously, it's a lot of fun. The host club is known for putting on a great trial. It's funny, when no one is out there with a $20,000 dog trying to to preserve a reputation, how much fun things can be. It's also a place to see some great training and handling.

I'll also be at that WUS...watchamacalit trail a few weeks after. i heard it's all GSDs but I'm going anyway.

Christopher, Christopher, Christopher, Now, you know both Tina and I are members of the host club, so thank you for the compliment. It is a great group of people with gsds ( the TRUE DOG) dutchies (the near dogs) Mals (the twitchy dogs) and rotties. I think you will enjoy yourseld, assuming the weather gods cooperate. :-) Glad to hear you are going to the WUSV Championship, too. That way you will get to see hw the TRUR dogs do it at the highest levels!! LOL

Do you think I have "Dummy" tattooed on my forehead? :-) Of course a Mal is going to win the Malinois Nationals. There are no Sch 3 gsds entered!!! LOL

Watch for Master of Alphaville Bohemia. I have been hearing things about that dog.

But I have to wish Wendy Schmidt the best of luck. Only met her once but she is nice lady, a good handler, with a nice dog that just so happens to be related to my new little one.
