What a load of crock! At least here in Ontario, when the police commit a questionable action, they are NOT ALLOWED to investigate themselves! An outside organization is called in to do the job.

Jerks. The only good thing I can say about the township cops here is that they like my dogs and would never shoot any of them, justified or not.
