Funny Trial Stories - Page 1

Today here in Indiana was gloomy to me.  I thought I was start a thread thinking about my own dogs and how over the years they've made me laugh.  I was thinking about funny trial stories that I have been through myself.  One comes to mind of me and my dog Bodie.  We were going for our SchH I and I toss the dumbbell out and he proceeded to go out quickly pick it up and bring it directly to the judge.  It was a great front and hold ha ha.  But the story doesn't end there.  Our SchH II, I throw the dumbbell, proceeds to go out quickly, pick it up and yes once again take it to the judge.  I guess he figured the judge was closer and might just get brownie points.  I still chuckle today that it happened to me twice in two separate trials.  During his SchH III  I wised up and through the dumbbell in the opposite direction of the judge.  Please share some in your funny trial moments that you look back now and can laugh.

I have only done one SchH1. After the retrieves I set my dumbell under the wall (where everyone was putting them) and proceded with my boy to the designated send out spot. Suddenly he turned and ran back to the wall and fetched the dumbell, tail wagging, so proud, like I was a dumbshit and forgot it.....

One more, same dog during our BH, the traffic portion. In part he had to be left sitting in a group of milling people making a racket. I was talking to the judge and my boy was peaking thru everyones legs. When Floyd told me to call my dog, he ran right thru the middle of a guys legs happy to get to mom. Everyone laughed, it was cute.
