I know this has been talked about before.....

What do you use to seal a concrete slab so it doesn't  tear up your dogs pads?

I use a epoxy coating from Sherwin Williams (Macropoxy)  It will stink for a couple days but it worked out well for me.

We got actual concrete sealer they recommended from Home Depot, it's been down for 5 years now with no problems!

When my concrete was put down I2 months ago I failed to seal it and in a couple of runs the surface is showing  signs of wear, is it too late to seal it?

No...  just clean it first..LOL

It can be sealed, stained and sealed.   I don't recommend paint.

You can use epoxy or even a urethane product but these product's have to fully cure before exposing your animals to it.

There is a variety of product's and price's.

Ask a real professional not a home depot associate.  Or e-mail This old house..:)

Brent, you are right about the cure time for epoxy, I waited 2 weeks before puting dogs back in the runs.
