I was devestated when I found out Billa had a tick disease. I spoke with Dawns husband Danny several times about it and spoke to Dawn many times and tried to comfort her as we were finding out what the problems were with Billa.
While Billa was very sick in the hospital, Dawn continued to ask me what I was going to do for her. She wanted a contract stating what we were going to do to make up to her having to pick Billa up and missing making Dannys meal at night. It was very strange. At that time, I offered to buy her back. She said she loved her and wanted to keep her. I was so upset that I asked if we could talk business after Billa recovered and we see what is going on. I told her not to spare expense on vet Bills because I would pay them. I DID PAY THEM. She sent me the bill and I paid over $500. The only thing I did not pay was the spay. She sent me many emails saying she was getting better and I was really happy.
She told me she wanted compensation. I said " we want you to be happy with Eurosport and feel good about your rocky experience with us. What will it take to make you happy?" she said" I want $1000 back" I paid it and until today, I had no idea she was unhappy with me. She sent me the cute photo with Billa and her child about 45 days ago. I thought she was great.
There is not one email she can post that I would'nt want to be seen. I was kind and considerate to her and she is really pretty mean.
I asked her NOT to go away. I wanted to hear about Billa.
I dont know if I believe the dog is in Renal failure. Maybe she is but I hope not.
As a business person of any type of business- when a client tells you what they want and you do exactly what they want_ would'nt you think they are happy??? I wanted to give her another dog but she refused.
Billa is one tough girl and I bet she can protect.
Also, it is not possible to get a dog out of Slovakia with out a STATE vet and a GOV. vet stamp. That is 2 vets that have to see the dog before she leaves.
I would never sell a sick dog. What kind of monster would put sick dog on a trip to America on purpose.?
I appreciate the "cheerleaders" as that turd called everyone. The reason we bust our rears to fit the right dog with the right person is because of a deep and passionate love for dogs. It makes me so happy when someone gets a dog from us and does something with the dog. Even a costume party is cool. I love our clients to keep in touch and tell us about their lives with the dogs.
Thanks for the support

Taunya,
You should just let it roll off your back like water off a ducks back! You have too many good references to worry about 1 bad one! Even though I have not purchased a dog from you (I intend too some day, I was looking for a nice older female and sent you an email) I certainly would not hesitate to do so!
Keep up the good work,
Vickie

In order for a dog to have renal failure with a tick borne disease, it needs to be untreated and in phase 3 .. if the dog was infected by contaminated needles or instruments, renal failure can progress in phase 1.
IFA results tell all.
(Renal Failure) ... sounds fishy. JMO.
Glad to hear your side.

I agree with everyone here, people are people. I would never hasitate to buy a dog from Eurosportk9. Too bad I don't do shiping :) (bad experience in the past). I wouldn't stress you guys have too good of a name for everyone to take serious the person that complaints.

This is the price you pay for being internationally known. Any time you breed and sell dogs in a vast quantity you will always have someone that is unhappy or disatisfied, no matter what you do. The problem is that you can't just "let it roll off your back". You can't just forget about it either. A good breeder would never sweep something like this under the rug and would never go without being bothered. This would bother me. I would be doing the same thing as Taunya. Trying to do as much as possible and also explaining myself to this continually complaining messageboard. Eurosport has a good reputation and reputation is alot in the dog world. To let someone come on the internet and bash that would be folly. Especially after you have offered to pay the bills and replace the dog. What more could you ask?

by snajper69 on 26 August 2008 - 14:08
You couldn't ask for anything more.

Thanks for telling your side. Things did NOT sound right, now they do. I've looked at your site and if I was looking for a dog I would not hesitate to contact you.

The customer is always right even if they are totally wrong. I have learned way too many hard lessons in business from this principle. All of this could have been avoided if the customer got what she wanted in the first place. One un-happy customer will turn away at least 100 in this case many more potential customers.
When will business owners/breeders learn this basic fact? When it costs them their business. Everyone in business should read How to win friends and influence people by Dale Carnegie. I consider it my bible in the business world. I read it cover to cover at least twice a year to remind myself THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!
A couple of weeks ago a customer on this forum didn't get his AKC paperwork and posted a message to that effect. To make a long story short I got a e-mail from the breeder that said I have learned a very hard lesson. I wish this would just go away. The art of COMMUNICATION!!! read HOW TO WIN FRIENDS AND INFLUENCE PEOPLE then read it again.
