Good Luck with getting your papers..I bet you will.. A month ago , there was a posting about the member of our database that bought a dog from a well know breeder on here., with a big hernia and flat feet and no papers...After many weeks, still no papers, and we posted it here,, Well
MUCH TO MY HAPPINESS, SHE GOT HER PAPERS LAST WEEK,,,,,,,YEAH...AND HERNIA HAS BEEN REMOVED.
SHE PAID 2,000.00 FOR THIS PUP...AT LEAST SHE IS HOLDING REGISTRATION PAPERS AND NOW TO CONTINUE HIS PUPPY HOOD AND SEE WHERE IT GOES , AS TO CONFORMATION., ONLY TIME WILL TELL..
TEMPERAMENT IS SUPER AND HE IS SUPER SMART...SHE IS HAPPY NOW AND LOVES HIM.....

Well I contacted Lord's breeder Momcilo (Moma) Mihajlovic from Topolovnicka Kennels and got the real story. Beth Coats sold me a dog that she didn't import or own and promised papers, when she knew she couldn't provide them (can you say fraud, folks!). I believe Beth Coats and Gina Valetutti pulled this scam on me and who ever else bought these other puppies. I'm going to bring this matter before the McDowell County District Attorney and look at filing charges against Beth Coats with the FBI for Internet Fraud. Both Moma and I were taken advantage of by these people, he is out $4000 and I'm out $2000, because all I have now is a very expensive pet, not the breeding prospect I was promised. Here is the copy of Moma letter to me:
Hello Robin I know your dog and i will tell you everything that happened about him. Amel Safer owner of kennel SEFER HAUSE wanted to buy 4 puppies in May 2007. 1.. Lord Topolovnicki 2.. Ajko Topolovnicki 3.. Quan Topolovnicki 4.. Leon Topolovnicki We were good friends and cooperation and i introduced him to world of GSD, he bought a lot of dogs trough me from Germany and Europe, he was at my home and everything functioned well as he was sending me money and than i sent him dogs. One day he told me that he needs 2 puppies and I offered him to sell for me 3 puppies and as my friend he would get 1 puppy as a gift. Day after he told me that it would be easier to send 4 dog in same time as in cage 2 puppies can shipped together and he will send me 2.000$ before and 2.000$ after he receive them. I went to Germany with puppies and sent them on Monday, than he told me on Wednesday that he is sorry that he didnʼt send me first part of money and that he will send tomorrow all amount. Than after 2 weeks he told me that dogs got diarrhoea and I asked him why he didnʼt tell me earlier as he got vaccinated and healthy puppies. He asked me to send him copy of their pedigrees to show to buyers their parents. I sent him copy and after that he never contacted me. On 28th February Ms Gina Valetutti contacted me asking for pedigree for Lord, Ajk and Quan as they were with her and I told her that puppies are not paid and to ask for pedigrees from man that she bought them (that means that he should contact me for pedigrees and to pay for them) but she didnʼt want to ask that from him and she asked me if she can send me money monthly for 1 puppy and to pay for all of them. But she wanted firs to send pedigree of Ajko, than for Lord and Quen but I wanted to send papers in reversed order as if I sent her pedigree for best dog I wouldnʼt get money from all dogs If you can to change something about this you do not owe to pay for pedigree as you already bought dog and ask from your seller for papers. Your dog has micro chip No 688010000001432 tatoo No 728396, pedigrees are with me but i can send you EXPORT PEDIGREE but after i get money. Best regards Moma

Since you are wanting this dogs papers so that you can breed him I would be EQUALLY upset that the dog had demo mange when you received him. This is a genetic problem that can be passed to the pups.

Yes, I wasn't too happy when I first got Lord, I had to take him directly to a vet because I immediately noticed the small bare spot above his lip, that was how I found out he had demodex, just 2 hours after I got him. It was verbally agreed that I would keep him to see if it cleared up on it's own or didn't get worse and become generalized demodex. If it got worse or came back I was to get a replacement pup. Well it didn't get worse, it cleared up on it's own and never came back, so I was happy as I really liked the dog. Well once the 6 months had passed and no more demodex, I tryed to get a hold of Beth to get his papers, well I never got a reply to my emails or phone calls. I knew about Gina because Beth had told me Lord stayed with her for awhile as Beth was recovering from breast cancer. Well I did get ahold of Gina around the end of February 08 and right after that she emailed Moma about Lord's papers just as Moma said. But Gina told me Beth imported the 4 puppies and Beth owed Moma money. All I know is I paid Beth $2000 for this dog and was promised his papers and here she never had them and didn't plan on getting them for me. After I sent her a certified demand letter, she emailed me finally and said the dog wasn't hers, that Gina Valetuttti had imported him (another lie) and I needed to get the papers from her, well I can't get Gina to return my emails or phone calls now. So I decided to contact Topolovnicka Kennel and I got the real story from him. I have never heard of Amel Safer or Sefer Hause Kennels, who really imported Lord, talk about dishonest sellers, I wonder what happened to those other puppies?

How would I handle this situation-$2000 for dog and no papers...this sums it up pretty good...
