So this ad talks about a female for show and stud.....So either hes going to be super rich for having a female who can be a stud dog, or what? Why does he say for stud? And can anyone also explain what people mean sometimes when I see "extra price" I only see it on showline dogs from other countries, but I've never understood it.

It's nothing more than language barrier. More than likely they just mean she will be a good breeding dog. You certainly wouldn't use perfect grammar if you knew some German and tried to place an ad on a German speaking website.
I've always taken "extra price" to mean a fair price.

It means for the breeding. A brood bitch. Also in Cz a good stud bitch produces the nice pups and mothers good.
