I am trying to send out my X-rays to SV and on my ED form I noticed there is one item not filled in when at vet's office,
Anyone on DB able to translate this word for me, I would most appreciate. I am not sure if it is applicable or not.

Mitgliedsnummer = membership number

What membership? I am not a member of SV. Would it be not applicable and I just leave this blank on form? I am just hoping to do this right the first time! LOL

My guess is it would be the veterinarian's or radiologist's membership number, therefore not applicable.
