I am looking for an established/reputable German Shepherd breeder in Virginia or North Eastern North Carolina.
I am looking for a family pet not a show dog or to breed one day. My current GS mix is 12.5 yo and is in failing health, so I am trying do my homework now so I don't impulse buy later. Thanks for any help

I would check out www.johnsonhaus.com in NC
I bought my stud dog from Dennis and he is honest and will tell you if he has a dog/pup that will fit the bill for you.

Where are you located, and how much of a rush are you to purchase a dog. We are debating on placing our 3 yr old female into a good home. Shes highly trained, however, quite dog agressive. If you own any other pets, she won't work for you.
