Hi, some of you might recognize my female and I. My bitch also had an east to west front and cow hocks. They didnt go away when she when she turned 1. Then when she was 12months old i decided to hire a very very experienced trainer/handler. After three months of up hill runs, trotting(dont if thats a word), motor bike runs her east to west completly vanished! So did the cow hocks YAY! So guys was this pure luck or exercise! She was hoked till the age of 12 months! By the time she was 15 months old, they were gone. Also there was a small hump on her back. With exercise that also has become better. So was exercise the major cause? You might want to see her. Here is a link to her pedigree http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/517368.html. I will upload new pictures of her front in the morning.

Sometimes it's just maturity. Our 7 month old puppy had quite a yucky front for a while there and now is straightening out nicely. I am hoping when she is old enough for conditioning (like your girl) she will completely firm up as well.
