My sister's 7 year old dog developed a hard lump on his muzzle in just days, and started a nose bleed that drip's on and off. She rushed him to the vet,who xrayed and did a cbc blood test ,then said theirs nothing wrong and sent him home with antibiotics. and a 450 dollar bill. The dog now just a few days later limps and is stumbling like hes losing control of his back leg. The nose still bleeds and he is losing weight.
She is getting another opinion today, but has anyone heard of this? He is well cared for healthy as an ox until this.Maybe one of you experenced this? Any help or advice greatly appreciated. THANK YOU ALL.

It's really hard to say because so many things can cause skin irritations. Offhand I would say it sounds like he got bit by something that he is allergic to or that is toxic. Maybe some type of spider?
Let us know how the second opinion goes.

I agree with mi gsd, a spider or snake. Second opinions are always good. I hope all goes well.
