Due to family issues (taking care of an elderly aunt at 97), we're relocating to Southern California. Unfortunately, it will take some time to find a place, pack, move, etc...so we need a place to host some of our dogs.
We're looking to place our 6 month old pups, Nefer and Viggo, boy and girl, anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks somewhere if possible. We have already found a place for the adults. As you can tell from the pics below, we adore these pups and need to make sure they end up at a place who can properly board them. With all the Tim Helser's in the world, we don't want to end up with a place that will do more harm than good...
Someone mentioned George and Karen Duet. Any other suggestions? Your help is much appreciated!

Anne Kent of Adler Stein Kennels has excellent boarding facilities - www.adlerstein.com She also has over 30 years of experience with working line German Shepherd Dogs. That's where I would go......she is loctaed in Saugus, which is about 40 mins. N-W of Los Angeles.

Anne Kent's is a fine place for traditional boarding. For another alternative, I am more reasonable in pricing with a family home environment. I am near her (Castaic) and have in home boarding for $30. per day. I swim the dogs, have a great time, 2 outdoor runs, all crated for the night indoors. My website is www.hasshaus.com You can e-mail me anytime at :
honestgalpal@att.net, and my contact phone is on the website under the "Contact " tab
I would be honored to show you my home at any time.
I have great references for my clients who come to swim and board.
Our Mister and Bessy welcome all boarders! We have a 5 month pup we kept from the last litter, a year 1/2 old gal, and a rescued show dog that live here also. We have a ball around here, no neighbors..........the swimming is excellent for dogs and pups of all ages, they swim hard and sleep soundly. I would let your pups run the property (1/3 acre) with each other, my crew second. We alternate the fun, the naps, the swim, the meals all day long! Always a good time for the dogs.........

Trish: Would you consider renting time in your pool for people who are looking to add swim time to their dogs regime?
