They are part of the registration numbers for that particular dog. DL and DN are the AKC letter combinations for GSD's and SZ is the German registry. The numbers that follow are that dog's particular registration/identification number.

Please stop posting your website on all these threads and advertisements. Further, you took my email address off of this site and sent me an unsolicited email trying to promote your own website. If I was interested in anything from your website, I would have contacted you myself, but I am not interested in anything from your website. Frankly, there are many other websites out there that contain much more information than you are offering. If one is interested in GSD's they will do their own research, and will gather the information that they are looking for, or ask a question here and get an answer from someone.
Smartguy1469,
Sorry to interrupt your question. Alexis is correct .

how do i find the results of these numbers?
by Alexis on 31 July 2008 - 10:07
What results are you asking about? The numbers are a dog's unique identification number with either the AKC (American Kennel Club) or the SV and nothing else. You can use these numbers to find results of hip certifications on both the OFA and SV websites. You can also look the DL and DN numbers up on the AKC website (www.akc.org), and it will tell you the dog's name that belongs to that number, it's date of birth, color, male or female, and any AKC titles that dog may have earned.
