Thors first show 8 months old - Page 1

I know most people like the german lines on here but i thought i would just put him on see what anyone has to say. Also i have been looking into working german line dogs wondering if people could tell me some of the top lines.

Can I make a suggestion - dont wear black  when you show him - it makes it look like you are trying to hide something.  You should wear a colour that enhances him and isnt dayglo!  You should compliment your dog and not standout , many judges will see you colour blending as you having something to hide (this can be done in some obedience cirles).

I agree about the color.  Some khaki or tan pants would show him off better and make him stand out.   He's a very nice looking dog:) 

Im a fan of German bred dogs, but i have to say that his topline is better than the toplines of most German dogs! NO roach! He beautiful!

Yes, A new showing outfit would be excellent. I think an Olive green polo shirt, khaki pants, dark brown (or black) leather belt and  shoes (no white shoe laces) would look really good with your complexion and show off the dog nicely.

Please show us more pictures of this handsome boy and his pedigree. How old is he?

All the shepherds originally came from Germany, but, due to choices, they diverged wildly. Even in Germany, they have gone astray with the roached backs.

Are you doing any obedience or agility? What are your plans for this handsome boy?

I will put up his pedigree when i figurre that out.  I will defiently have a different outfit next that was my first show. My breeder is opening a training building next month so he will start obedience and from there hopefully agility , tracking and protection he is a little over 9 months.
