Advantix Vs Frontline. - Page 1

I just read the thread where a lot of people were un happy with Frontline. I have also started to dislike Frontline and i ordered Advantix from Ebay. Can the people who use Advanitx share their reviews with me.

I would like everyone who has used this product to join this discussion.

I use Advantix.  Several years ago I tried frontline but still had live flea issues.  I switched back to Advantage back then.  And now use Advantix.  IMO, they are both decent products, but I think some dogs do better one one or the other.  

I actually hate using any chemicals, but hate fleas more.  The past 2 years I haven't seen one flea (whew)on my dogs. 

I live in CT and one of the biggest worry over here is dear ticks and frontline is known for working best on dear ticks so I will stick to frontline. No problems with fleas though. :)

I don't use either, so forgive if this is unwanted information. However, I wonder why so many pay so much for flea and tick prevention when Bio Spot is just as good for a lot less money. Been using it since 94, never a flea, tick, or lyme.

I use K9 Advantix on 1 dog, due to he has terrible flea allergies, and I can't take any chances with him, but on the other 5,  I use bio Spot, and I have to agree I have been happy with it so far, I just started using it this summer, and I am happy with it so far.  I have also used Frontline in the past and was not as happy with it as I am the K9 Advantix.
