So very sorry to hear of Fonsie's death - he was a great credit to you and Tom.  Not only British Sieger but mentioned in dispatches at the German Sieger for his outstanding bitework.  Our very sincere sympathies.

Dearest Julie & Tom, we are devastated to hear this tragic news & our hearts go out to you both - we know how justly proud you were of Fonzie, & how proud we were for you to breed & produce such a fantastic dog.  So, so sorry; words cannot describe just how much.  Our love & condolences, Julie & Mark.

I feel devestated for Julie and Tom, and have sent my condolences privately, they bred a brilliant dog, a dog that did the UK British Seiger proud, and put paid to the talk that a dog from Germany would come over and win our British Seiger title..... a dog did indeed come over from Germany and make British Seiger of course,  but the dog was bred and co-owned by Julie and Tom Bridge of Astana.... and co-owned with Ansgar.

I can assure Len, that whatever he was led to believe he should  check this out with either the British K.C. or the S.V. if the fact is important to his breeding - because the great Astana Alfons is indeed still in co-ownership right up to the present day.

We have lost a great ambassador, and I am proud to have had him in my kennel even if only for one night during his stay for the British Seiger, what a great character.  A very sad  Mo - Mascani.
