Every day we see some story about kid's.  I as a parent can only say its sad for the kid's as well as what they do in society.

I don't know who to blame it on except the parent's have the ultimate responcability for their children.

Someone has to be accountable for sure.

Brent, You are preaching to the choir here my bro!  This is an era where our society is infested with Predators. Ghouls and Vampires who prey on our young.  That Monster, Couey buries a little angel alive,  clutching her Teddy Bear.  Every day in the News, babies being tortured, starved, murdered and worse. Sometimes by their own parents.  WTF has happened to our society? 

One cannot allow any child to be alone in this era. I always worried about all my children, but I don't allow my 9yr old to be out of sight from my wife or myself, unless she is at school.

Wonder how these kids learned that this was ok behavior?  What did their parents or caregivers teach them.  I always thought people who like blood sports that involve animals should be thrown in a jail where they will be forced to fight to live with their bare hands.  You're hungry? Better win this match.  Oh well, Karma is all I can say....

There seem's to be no immediate cure for bad parent's, but I would not hesitate to throw the switch on an adult who harm's children.

No rehabilitation, no sympathy, just remove them from the gene pool..

Children can sometime's be saved, rehabilitated, but some can't recover from the damage inflicted upon them.

It's all our problem, and one we should give top priority to, instead of no child left behind, how about no child ignored.

Oh well, this is one of the thing's that tend's to depress me so I've said my piece.

This is Tennessee.  The most these punks will get is a slap on the wrist and some community service and probation.  After their court-appointed attorney handles their case. 

Do you want something better than that?  Put pressure on this judge and others to enforce the maximum penalty on them.
