I think it's the same everywhere.  I don't think that an organization that represent so many breeds could do anything to the betterment of any breed. Even with strong reglementation they're is still poor specimen being bred again and again. I think it is up to the breeders to be very selective about what they are doing.  With So many people and so many ideas it is difficult to attain universal voice on what should and what shouldn't be in the breed.

But it's hard to debate with you guys (and i'm including the girls too)..but i'm sure having good converstation with folks who cares. i'm maybe not in my place stating my point and defending the conformation aspect of breeding on this site but Hey it's a free country and I'm having a blast!! Thank you

Anyway..my point is..DO YOUR BEST,MAKE YOU RESEARCH, GET INFORM, BREED HEALTY DOGS AND GET INVOLVE IN ANY WAYS YOU CAN..The more you know..the better it is..

good post july and yes you should defend the conformation aspect on this site ,it is after all a gsd data base site for all gsd people.conformation and work ability in the gsd go hand in hand, and for those who do not care much if thier dogs are conformationally correct they should keep thier gobs shut with people who do want a complete correct gsd!!!!!! liz

More new spoofed proxied multiple psuedonyms for short stuff who is actually a man pretending he is a woman.  I know, ss, you have over 30 years experience of psychological training for dogs and everything is fully guarenteed forever!  You like to threaten and terrorize women you think are defenseless and also lie pretend you are a woman when you post on web sites like this between your "twilight" cyber stalking behavior here.  Fair to assume you have a serious long term identity hangup perhaps?  Perhaps yoyu are part of those rockingx "smiley face" perversions?

HAHAHA...very funny Animules!!..Of course YOU know it all..You probably own some REAL DOGS TOO. So are we going to have the chance to meet such an expert like you in Canada?  I know GARD will be there presenting his female, I hope I have a chance to meet him.  You better hurry up to get a REAL Beauceron's before we ruine it all. Not much time left cause AKC already accepted them..1 year or two and that's it..No more working Beauceron's just Golden's that looks like Beauceron's.. Soon we will call them ABS instead of ASS...LOL

That's funny.

Sweetheart, you will see my dog in a dog show, the day I see yours in a PSA National event (or  Regional, or hell even a club trial)

I would feel very confident in saying my dog would not be excused from a show ring for poor temperment.

I would bet a dollar to a dougnut I would run your dogs off a field.

I was trying to have a civil debate, but you called me out

Nope, I don't know it all and have never claimed to unlike some people......  I am willing to listen and learn, maybe that's the difference?  I listen and learn, I am still listening, still learning from those that do know.  And yes, I have real dogs.    I also appreciate a good showline if it can still work and has good conformation.  There are some posters here that I really like their showline dogs, not AmShep dogs, that's a totally different breed.

Perhaps you should read what Gustav had to say in another thread that you also started.  He explained very very well why there is a division in how people think here.  (Thanks Gustav)

'nuff said.

First...Sorry about being in the wrong database but untill they make 2 different breeds well I guess we are stuck!! I don't even know how they would separate the two and who's going to make it happen (but that is another debate)

GARD, Remember I tried to enter a female and the entries we're close...That's too bad.  IF I had known before..she would be there. I think the entrie close the night we have talked about it.. I'm pretty sure your female as good temperament or you wouldn't show her or even keep her.  So that being said....( since the post is about the beauceron)

If you would ever think that your female would react like this dog (arco)..would you show her?? (and I'm not saying ANYTHING about his temperament since I don't know this dog..just talking about the reaction he had).

About running my dogs off the fields..I'm still going to bet on my dogs LOL  and I do think i'm civil..that's what people who knows me say anyway.(maybe I sound to hard in writting..).sorry..
