Can anyone guide me to any well written Contracts to review?

I do not have much faith in any contract knowing what a "legal" world we live in and costs to enforce anything in the courts, but still, I would like to review how such Spay/Neuter Contracts are written and check out how they are worded to make it Clear and also to sound legal and convincing.

Thanks in advance

Your best bet is to contact an attorney in your area, they know the laws, the in and the outs, they will also ensure there is no 'loop holes' for your clients use against you. Most attorney's will not charge an arm and a leg to sit down and revise a current contract, to protect your dog, and program.   Also, a good way to ensure your contract is satisfied it to require documentation from pre-forming veterinarian, prior to releasing any registration documentation.   I have additional details that may or may not help you, feel free to eMail me @ vonHaydenSheps@gmail.com    Good luck!

Enforcing contracts require court, lawyer's fee's and court cost's here.   I would just withhold paper's until terms are met.

A simple written agreement isn't so complicated, and it set's the condition's of sale.

The topic has been discussed here several time's, go through the archive's.

Two Moons,

Could you please look trough the archives for what I have requested? I can't seem to find any spay/neuter contracts on the PDB at all to review. Please note my post request "I would like to review how such Spay/Neuter Contracts are written and check out how they are worded to make it Clear and also to sound legal and convincing."

I did not find a single one.
