Hello all,
I'm new to the group so I want to excuse me if my question is not appropriate.
I have a male German Shepherd named Obelix vom Hawelkaweg, I got him in the 2005 but I never received his official papers that I think were lost from the postal service. I'd like to know if it possible to request a copy of his paper and, if yes, to who should I forward my request.
The father of my dog is Lorenzo vom Isidora, the mother Janka vom Romersteig.
Thank you in advance for your help
Regards, Marco
P.S. you can contact me at my e-mail piconemarco@tiscali.it

Are you looking to get paperwork from AKC or from the SV?

thanks, Marco

Marco,
Did you contact the person who bred the dog? They probably will have to assist you in getting papers unless you speak the language and live in the country, or can find someone else who does. If the papers were lost, it should not be a big deal. Are you certain they were lost rather than the breeder or person who sold you the dog never had papers to begin with?

Hello Hodie,
I contacted the breeder by e-mail, but I haven't got any answer. When I went to Austria to take the puppy he told me that he was waitingfor the papers and that as soon as possible it should have been mailed to me. Sincerely I don't know if he never had the papers to begin with, but I think that something has happened because he is a very serious breeder
Best regards, Marco
