My guess would be American Showlines and the 2nd pic is a pretty funny photoshop job.

Why make fun of the poor dog?
Why not ask why humans are taking perfectly good dogs and breeding them for near crippling deformity just so that they can get ribbons and trophies at the "specialty" shows?
It is so sad.
