I recently purchased his little blakc puppy Ink. I had her for a week and found out that I will be getting activated. I already have two older shepherds and family will take care of them. But I didn't want to up and leave the puppy and I wasn't sure when I was leaving. I did find out that I will be going to several schools of and on for the next while. I talked with Bill and he totally understand my situation. He took Ink back (even though I would have rather kept her if I could) and refunded my total purchasing price. I asked him to keep me posted about her and how she is doing. I really wanted to keep and train her but getting sent off at random would not have permitted for a good training regimen and I would just be selfish in doing so. I will definitly buy another dog from Bill and would recommend him to anyone. He really cares about his dogs and were they go. Thanks again Bill for being so understanding to my situation.

Thanks for telling us about someone who does actually care about their dogs and, when presented with a reasonable situation with a new owner that occurred unexpectedly, he did, indeed, do the right thing in taking the dog back AND refunding your money. It is RARE to hear about such ethical behavior on this board, filled with supposedly stellar breeders who supposedly care about their dogs and where they go.
I don't know him, but I have heard good things of him and this too will stick in my mind.
Good luck.

Have had a chance to meet this little cutie as I train with Bill. Here is a picture I took of her. She is now in a very experienced SchH working home. Very nice puppy.

What a gorgeous puppy. I just love her. I bet she's gonna mature into an absolutely beautiful dog. Glad to hear something positive on here. It's rare we hear about the good breeders but lord knows we know who at least 25% of the bad one's are. lol
