Hey guys can you take a look at these pups and let me know what you think about them?http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/classifieds/60981.html
Thanks.

I like the breeding and wouldn't turn down a pup from this litter. Andy is very accomplished (although I don't know much about Czech lines) and from what I heard he's a very nice solid dog.
The one thing that would worry me some would be the hip scores on the dam's side. She is rated good but her dam is fair and has a couple of NZ rated dogs fairly close up.
Are you close enough to go meet the pups?

Yeah I am. I only consider breeders in my immediate area, as I had once bed experience with shipping. No breeder’s fault. But the airlines screwed up and my pup till this day is scared of noises and other dogs. He was lost in shipping for 5 day. LoL. I have a friend that has a pup from previous litter, with Nathan, and the dog is solid and sound, so I am not worrying as much about the damn side. I am aware of the hip issues. Thanks for your input.

I really like the dam's pedigree. I've gotten pups from all a-normal dogs that turned out slightly dysplastic so if you like the pup, I'd say go for it. Pick me up one while you're at it.

LoL. Sure no problem. A lot of breeders that I met around my home town said the same thing that they like the damns PG. But I am trying to stay cool, but there is one pup that speaks to me gdm. lol.

On paper, it looks like a very good outcross breeding. I'd ask about Andy Maly Vah's offspring. He is eight years old, he should have produced several titled sport and certified service dogs by now. Although he has only one offspring on the PDB, but that really means nothing...he may have many super offspring out there. But I'd still ask about what he has produced thus far.

Hi Veronica,
Valid question...here's the answer.
I didn't get Andy till he was 5yrs old. Before that he worked as a PSD (he did not breed while he was with the police). After I got him, I did not breed him or, rather stud him out until he got his SchH3 (I do not own any breeding females). Andy got his SchH 3 just last May, since then he's sired a few litters...oldest was born in November...so are only 8 Mos old now. The breeder kept two males and has them in training, he appears to be very pleased with their drives, nerves and temperament thus far.
Unfortunately working homes are not as plentiful as I'd like to see, and not being a breeder myslef I have no control over placing pups.
Regards,
Melanie

Snaiper68:
I am lucky enough to see Andy in both work and everyday life since Mel got him. He has to be the most sound gsd I have ever been around. I think you will have great luck with a pup from him.
Best of luck and let us know if you decide to take one. Will look forward to seeing the progress of one of Andy's pups.
Cheryl
