Well Imagine that, they actually favored a Constitutional Ruling
Now they only need to Uphold the Pledge of allegiance & resotre God back in school & Square, throw out the Federal Reserve (16th amendment), The IRS, CIA, Begin to Deport Illegals & Ending Dual Citizenship for politicians like the many Dual Citizen Israelis, running this nation in the ground.
That would be a start. Barring that, we are on a collision course, as the Titanic was.

Thank god is all I can say! My only issue is that breeding, the producing dogs of a certain breed and training/genetically improving a breed for work (to include aggression based work or sport) is not protected by the bill of rights. Today, as in *this very day* we are under huge assault by those who intend to legislate away our ability to own intact animals, breed them and/or breed /train them for work and sport purposes. The difference between gun rights battles versus breeding and breed rights is as follows. Since the beginning, the NRA and other grass roots pro-firearms rights groups have been organized, raising money and developing influence to protect our rights. This is DESPITE the fact that anyone who reads the federalists papers would know said rights were very well spelled out to begin with. So, here we have this heavy weight sized group of people who had to fight for almost 70 years JUST to ensure something already well documented, spelled out and guaranteed by our bill of rights (the 2nd amendment no less...) and that 70 year fight was huge, mutli-decade costing millions and millions of dollars against those who intended to take away those rights. Fast forward to dog rights. On the pro side, no national organization, as in none/nada/zip in ANY organized capacity fighting for our rights. No fund raising, no organized communication, no watch dogs, nothing. Meanwhile, the anti’s, the HSUS’s, PETA’s and others have HUGE war chests, tons of influence already, office buildings, staff attorneys writing sample "common sense legislation, so called “experts” (on the dole) from the vet field, tons of celebrity spokes people and huge flashy websites. Oh and what else do they have? Certainly no consititutional protection they need to overcome. How do you see or dog rights shaking out given the disparity between the players in the 2 fights? Yet the UScA still declares they are a "few" years from even organizing a BSL comittee. Be concerned. -Calvin

Not so fast. Before you think the Supreme Court's ruling was truly constitutional and the best possible outcome, you better read the 140 page decision in full. There are "stealth" inclusions in the ruling, leaving the law open to many illegal and unConstitutional restrictions to gun ownership in the future. You can expect a number of "clarifying cases" in the future which will help the gov't get all the controls it wants on guns and without invoking open rebellion for trashing the Constitution. This is the way the judiciary and govt always now acts, by stealth and deception, continual lies upon lies.
The govt will never tell the truth and in fact cannot, because it is based on multiple layers of lies and deceptions and the unravelling of one leads to the unraveling of many others. For example if the govt actually prosecuted and convicted those in its ranks for murdering JFK, MLK & RFK, they would have all been either executeed for murder or treason or given life imprisonment, and thus not have been able to have continued their fraduluant criminal hold on the USA, and would not have been able to build the shadow govt to be larger, richer and more powerful than the visible govt. It's probably too late now, since 99% of the citizens have no clue that their govt and country has been stolen from them, their currency purposely debased by 40%+, their Constitution and Bill of Rights gutted of meaning, and their futures stolen.

Ya I read all about it. Too bad the Media, Congress and the Admin can't be truthful about the whole purpose of the 2nd to begin with. I guess if they broadcasted that truth ... people would get brainy ideas by morning. LOL
I have to laugh though how directed words like ... "hunting".
The 2nd has nothing to do with hunting ... LOL
Our 2nd Amendment is in FACT for defence of ourselves AND the States. NOT duck hunting. LOL
“A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”
... a militia I might add is "we the people" ourselves ... that's why the 2nd even exists. DUH !! Our Government and Congress is stupid to think otherwise and now labeled our 2nd for "hunting". Paaaleeeze.
People need to get involved so that the true interpretation of the 2nd Amendment isn't subject to Political Rhetoric as they broadcasted today.
But then again ... our very government is ass-kissing us right now because they know, we know, the time has come.
Toooo funny.

Cledford, good post on the groups promoting so called "animal welfare". These groups are not what they appear as I have stated a number of times before. If you want some info backing up what I say, PM me.
