seen the ad under female for sale, adult import ofa...how can that female be OFA at 19 months, considerng your do has to be 24 months? Isnt this female almost 5 now, her littermate Kiddie is almost 5. I cant find Kesta anywhere in the database, not even under prelims.

Ok, since no one else will answer....you can OFA xray your dog anytime you want; they just have to be 24 mos to CERTIFY. 19mos means her xrays are considered preliminary...aka "prelims". This info has nothing to do with the fact that the dog may be 5 years old; they're just telling you how old she was when she was xrayed.

It is suppose to say Prelim that is false advertisement...so many are listed on our data that say the y are ofa good and never ever even sent to OFA....just went thru 6 months of buying Milan with another board member and found it quite often, listed as OFA when it is not....or HD -OFA GOOD and not certified by either SV or ofa...
ask to paperwork to prove the certification....simple way to solve the question.
