My first guess is stafgh...infection...we had the same thing with a male who had gotten ringworm and took forever to get rid of it..

He contracted it in a construction site, my son was working at...no one knew until all the workers got ringworm , that the destruction of the building was full of it....

Blaize got brown spots by his genetalia , rear and front and we fight it still , when he gets wet from swimming and hot and doesnt get dry immediately.

His immune system has been torn up several times in the last year and a half..

Probiotics and raw meat , vit ester c and vit E and fish caps.....omega 3 by the bucket load,.....salmon oil ,,Wild) if you can find it.

I use antifungical creams on Blaize and they clear

sorry about the crappy pics (little bugger wont stay still) now the dark parts are just like the nasty discharge you get with canker in the ears she is itchy but has no lesions its just angry looking  she is trying to clean it but its like gloss paint stuck to her you can flake small pieces off and the skin underneath seems ok .there is no puss or discharge and she is bright and alert .eyes clear and no temp. eating and drinking fine

thanks

Maybe try a solution of vinegar and water on a cotton ball and see if you can wipe it off. Similar to an ear cleansing solution, maybe 25%-50% solution and then rinse with plain water.

Try that as that is antifungical also and if that doesnt work go to walmart and get some    Vaginal cream.....thats what fights it and doesnt cost what the vet would give you....

If it's Staph (a bacterium) ,an antifungal product will not work. For localized Staph lesions, I prefer Happy Jack Pad Kote.

i have got a lot of veterinary supplies but am unsure if they will be ok to use on such a sensitive area

thornits powder

clean aural,                                                                                                                                                                                                   aqua propylene glcol, isopropyl alcohol, tromethamine, citric acid l-menthol, chlorothymol, sodium lauryl sulphate

canaural                                                                                                                                                                                     diethanolamine fusidate, framycetin sulphate, nystatin, prednisolone.

I would try the Happy Jack Pad Kote   wont do any harm and if it doesnt clear   , which I bet it will....I think the happy jack will almost cure all.....

I have good luck with the Miconazole Nitrate or Tolinaftate cream and keep it on hand for ears and all.....I also use   powder in the spray can...any of them   lamisal,   or the Tolnaftate

This time of the year, dogs its and get all kinds of itchy bumps, just like we do....Medicated powders help the areas that dont get the sun  and air.

Being the place it is located   , kinda like a vaginal secretion could have caused it....she may be a little acidic and it causes fungi to grow.....fungi grows in acid....got to get her ph up.....give her probiotics...

Try one of them and you will get it gone....Watch for other spots to arise...if so   ....evaluate at that time...as to whether you need a skin scrape.
