If you are asking who the Schutzhund USA organization's representatives for the United States of America WUSV team are, then I am not sure, but I do know the WDA part of the team consists of:
Karoly (Charlie) Meszaros and Aceofnike v.h. Bleekhof
T. Floyd and Karlo vom Floyd Haus
With Wallace Payne and Thor vom Daelenberghutte as alternate.

I have a son of Tell v. d. Daelenberghutte but hes not a podium top dog per se...in my books he is ...though..
