Having had a moment of extreme practicality, I have decided against purchasing a larger (GAS GUZZLING) SUV) and getting a dog trailer, instead. Unfortunately, I have NO CLUE what to look for, what is important (much less why) and which manufacturer is best (and why). So , I woud appreciate everyone's insights into which brand, what to look for, what equipment is critical (and why). i am a mechanical and technical idiot, so, if you could explain as you would to your great-grandmother, who is hard of hearing and speaks English as a second language...

Nia,
Take a look at the one Les has. I've seen different brands and that's a good one. I know you won't want to do what I did with the cargo trailer conversion, it's more then you would want to tow with yoru vehicle.

yep, I jsut want a two-dog trailer that even a mechanical idiot can hook up and drive safely with, and that will keep the dogs cool, safe, and protected in case of an accident.

WT-Thermo trailers are the best you can get here. And they should be available in 2-stalls. In Germany, they are.
