Registering a dog??? - Page 1

Does anyone know a contact number or email to contact  the GSD data base? I am trying to register a dog, whos mother is already in the data base, but won't add it when i try??? Tells me error "Dog already in data base" But it won't link with my dog?? I tried to even delete him, and start again, and it adds the sire no trouble, but not the mother side?? grrrr, so frustrating, and no one to contact?? Can anyone help, or give info as to how to get the mother side added??
