Well we can't do and run ADs if the temperature is above 76 degrees according to the SV rules. So my question is what if the weather is like 95 degrees? Does a trial have to be stopped due to HEAT?

I believe it is at judges discretion

Do they not run the ADs very early in the mornings or even at night ?

We have always run the AD's either early evening after it cools down to 70, or early mornings starting at 6:00 am so we are finished before it gets too warm. Chris is also right, it is at the Judge's discretion concerning the heat and starting time. They have the final say, and safety for the dog's are what is most important.

The AD is NOT the judges' discretion as to starting. It may NOT start if the temperature is above 76 degrees or is expected to rise above that. This is why it is important to do it very, very early in the morning in some months and in some locations. Or, it could be done at night if there is a safe and lighted venue.
There is no such rule about trials as far as I know, but common sense should dictate caution anytime the temperature is getting too high or the humidity too high. Further, one should always be ready to deal with heat emergencies, whether during a trial or during training. For example, we will train all weekend, but this weekend the weather will be in the low 80s. Fortunately for us, the humidities here are low. But we will train in the morning and late afternoon and, if we wish to train otherwise, we have the option of going inside. We do not risk the health and well being of either our dogs or our club members.

Good thing ya'll are not in my neck of the woods, tonights low is 77 with a humidity of 87% How do they get training done here? Our lows range from 73 ( really cool for us this time of year) and up and the humidity is seldom lower.
