Thanks Bee.  Tho I kept a copy - expecting this to happen-at this time I will not repost because the same thing would happen to this thread(may anyways for that matter). Instead I have emailed a copy of the thread I started to OLI and have asked him to review it and tell me how it violated TOS - because I believe it does not. I think we need to start doing this with our posts and when they are unjustifiably removed we need to confront Oli about it so the abuse will stop.

I also believe my thread had information that could possibly be useful not only to UK members but all GSD board members. I would appreciate it if you too would send an email to Oli affirming this. Thanks.

I previously sent an email to Oli addressing the abuse of power issues. What I did not do and perhaps what we do need to do is to inquire as to who actually owns this board Oli or DP since Hodie's response and my response where deleted from another thread created by Bancroft before it too went away. As I pointed out in my post ( see below) the information posted by the OP can be confirmed by koer records so why not leave the thread intact.

This is what I posted in response to Hodie. Unfortunately I had not copied her post which was quite good, informative, non-confrontational and was NOT in violation of any TOS. I have newly bolded the last sentance.

'Problem is Hodie it appears the days of deletion are NOT over. Bancroft has posted this 3-4? times and almost immediately it is deleted. And this is something which can be confirmed by koer records so what is the possible basis for deletion? In addition there have been several other threads and individual posts dealing with matters in the UK or of interest to DP and "poof" they are gone like the wind. Several weeks ago there was a very good intelligent discussion about the scientific method and research on JRD. The only person who went OT was DP but his posts were not removed only those who suggested different methods and alternative approaches to the problems which have cropped up in the UK than what was being pushed by DP. He systematically deleted any post with a viewpoint different from his until in the end the thread consisted of DP replying to "ghosts". Finally the thread itself was put out of its misery.

I for one have emailed Oli and suggested it must stop. We are grown people who can decide what we choose to read or not and what we choose to believe or not. To allow such self interested/ self delusional behavior by one board member and one board member only does nothing for the reputation of the board and drives people away. It certainly does raise the question of who really is in charge of this board. I'm hoping it is truly Oli and he sees his way to stopping this wholesale censorship immediately. If not I will be one of those driven away. Perhaps if DP wants a messageboard that only posts information and opinion acceptable to him Oli needs to set up a separate one and charge him for it. "

I can certainly send him an email, but quite frankly, I am just a nobody pet lovin' GSD owner and don't suppose my opinions hold much clout. I only posted my observations on the missing posts to let others know that there is certainly censorship happening, and the rules by which posts seem to disappear are far from clear.

I could  find no obvious reason, IMO, why your very informative post which had a soothing tone with insightful, unbiased recollections, as well as research and observations pertaining to the health of the breed, would be deleted. 

I actually sent a post commending you on being a great negotiator for peace, for giving a possible way out to mend the more than obvious hurt personal feelings being thrown about by the UK folk, that perhaps everyone involved was not as evil or petty minded as was being portrayed. Certainly the gloating when Ice failed was uncomfortable to observe, to say the least, no matter what the personality of the owner happens to be, bloody poor form, IMO.

And then, like I said, it all went POOF. Full disclosure would be welcomed at this point if only to maintain this wonderful (mostly that is– providing one has a thick skin and knows when to back away from the keyboard before they regret it!), unique message board. Perhaps if we all had equal power to delete our own posts it would level the playing field?

With all that's happening in the world today, I wish only peace to the world, and all its GSD's and their owners.
