I saw lots of breedings with Bomber vom Wolfsheim. Does anyone could tell me why? Sorry about my ignorance...

I plan to ship frozen semen from Bomber myself to breed to one of my best bitches, Vinetta von Karthago SchH3, IPO3, FH2, KKL1, to keep a high drive male from the litter for myself.

I saw Bomber while I was in Germany, before he got his BH.  He is simply a gorgeous solid black dog with good bone and a well deserved V rated structure and KKL1 breed survey.  He is impressive in protection work, hard, tough, high prey drive with civil drive as well.  The kennels in Europe that have used him, Karthago and Jabina, thus far have probably observed him at a trial, or heard through others who had.  I have to guess that they feel it is a good idea to bring his qualities into their lines.  His pedigree is exceptional.  He is probably going to be a top International competitor, and will probably go to the BSP next year, though right now he is only a SchH1 and just turned two years old.

By using a black dog, also, you get more pups with a color other than sable, giving your litter some variety in color, if you breed the black dog to a dog with at least one non-sable gene.  If your bitch has a black gene, you are probably going to get some black puppies, which a lot of people want, even working line people who swear color makes no difference would secretly love to have a black puppy.  I WOULD!  The gene that Vinetta is carrying besides sable is black and tan, but I like that color too :-)

Wow, what a handsome dog.  From the owners website it appears they have a nice program in training and working.

Bomber appears to have very good size for endurance and work.
