Help,Putting Duke in Database - Page 1

   I'm trying to get Duke, "Xoltan v Bullinger", into database. When I put his parents, It tells me Kevin v Murrtal, is not in database, but he actually is. Can someone tell me how to do this? I have a better pic of him I am going to use. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Who is his dam and what is his birthdate?

One thing I've found when entering pedigrees, the spelling of the parent's names has to be EXACTLY what is already entered in the database. Make sure you've got it exactly right: no extra spaces, capital letters in the right places, 'vom' instead of 'von'. Sometimes there is just a glitch somewhere, and no matter what you do, it will not match the dog up with its parent. I had that happen once, and no matter how hard I tried, it would not make the connection. Double check your spelling, and if it still won't work, that may be what has happened. If that's the case, the only solution I can think of is to contact Oli, and see if he can fix it for you.

    I appreciate any help I can get. His mother is "Cola V Bullinger", and father is Kevin Vom Murrtal (GER). His birthday is May 21,2007. Yes, just had his first birthday.

Cola is not in the database. But I don't see any problem putting her in, I have all her info..

Now I've got you started, you can enter the rest of your dog's info, and his mother's info yourself! Just click on "Update Pedigree"!
